First and foremost, we hope that you are staying safe and healthy through these crazy times. We are fortunate in that we have been able to remain operational at full capacity with minimal changes to our daily operations and thus far, no changes to our staffing.

All orders submitted and paid for before 5 PM Central Time are still being shipped the same day they are received except in cases of system setups and Hazardous Materials and/or Dangerous Goods shipments. Deliveries from our manufacturers and other suppliers are still being received regularly. We want to extend a heartfelt "thank you," to the dedicated and hardworking folks at UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL for allowing us to continue our work and supply our customers with the most advanced industrial drone systems the world has to offer even during this unprecedented time. Thank you!


Our Fayetteville HQ location remains closed to walk-ins. However, we are scheduling in-person visits by appointment and appointments are available seven days a week, as always. If you need us, we are here and we will support you. Please call us at (479) 595-8010, press option 0 for the operator, and a member of our team will be able to schedule your visit. If you need to schedule an after-hours visit, please email us at and we will get your visit scheduled.

When visiting us, please pay attention to all posted notices. The State of Arkansas has issued a mask ordinance requiring that you wear a mask in all environments where you cannot socially distance (six feet or greater between persons). We have disposable masks available for you if you do not have one. In general, we have been and will continue to practice social distancing, keeping a distance of 6 feet or more between each person and we will not engage in any physical contact. Please don't be offended if we "air five" you rather than shake your hand.

UVT remains committed to the health and safety of our employees and our customers. To that end, we will continue the increased frequency of regular cleanings, as well as the repeated sanitizing of high-touch areas such as door handles, Point of Sale (POS) locations, and others.

UPS, FedEx & USPS have all either suspended or modified their service guarantees. Because of this, while we guarantee we will keep moving as quickly as possible, shipments may be delayed once in the possession of the respective carrier/service. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Effective August 1st, 2020, we have suspended USPS International shipping services. This is due to a massive increase in extremely delayed international shipments via USPS. Currently, UPS is the only available international shipping method and lately, they are on par with their pre-COVID delivery timeframes.
