As a Flight Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the oversight of daily flight operations across our organization. Our Flight Operations Team conducts remote drone flights from a Global Security Operations Centers for customers nationwide. These missions include high priority security patrol and alert/breach response, mapping and surveying missions for energy and utility customers, and high-resolution imagery capture for customers across a wide range of industries.
Our Flight Operations Coordinator serves as a working member of our Flight Operations Team, and is charged with ensuring the daily operations flow smoothly, our Flight Operations Specialists have all of the resources they need both during onboarding and daily flights, and escalating issues or incidents to management.

Responsibilities
- Fields escalation requests from team members and management
- Ensures compliance with all FAA regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborates with internal and external teams for escalation
- Maintains detailed records of flight operations and any incidents
- Conducts pre- and post-flight inspections of drone equipment
- Executes aerial data collection missions following FAA Part 107 regulations
- Quickly troubleshoots, resolves, or escalates technical issues during missions
Required Skills/Abilities

Education & Experience
- A current FAA 14 CFR Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (or within 14 days of hire)
- A high school diploma
- Experience with drone technology
- Experience with remotely operated drones, including docked drones, is preferred
