Unmanned Vehicle Technologies (UVT) goes to great lengths to ensure our customers have the best purchasing and after-sale support experience possible. In many cases, issues with brand new products can be resolved either through troubleshooting or with the assistance of the respective manufacturer. We will do everything in our power to ensure your 100% satisfaction with both the products you purchase as well as the customer service you receive during and after your purchase from UVT.

Any UNOPENED PRODUCT may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase with a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN). Unopened products are those products that still have the factory seal on the packaging and the packaging is in the same condition as it was when it was delivered. For packages that come from the factory shrink-wrapped in plastic, this includes that wrap being intact. Please see our Shipping Policy for instructions on reporting damaged shipments.

Any OPENED PRODUCT may be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase with a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN). Opened products must be in new, working order and in the original condition as determined by UVT, and must include all original packing material and package contents such as manufacturer documentation, blank warranty cards, lens caps, gimbal locks/covers, cables, adapters, battery terminal covers, etc. All opened product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee unless otherwise noted on our website.
